Agent Swarm

Controls for the autonomous coding agent swarm running on the Raspberry Pi cluster. Toggles here are polled by the swarm once per cycle (roughly every 60-70 seconds) — no restart needed for a change to take effect.

Swarm Enabled

Master switch. When off, all three agents idle — no new stories are picked up and no code is written — until this is turned back on. In-flight work on a node is left as-is; the node simply pauses on its next poll.

Unit Testing Review Gate

Requires an independent strong-model review of every story's diff against its acceptance criteria before it can leave Unit Testing. Rejected diffs bounce back to In Progress with the reviewer's reasoning attached as a comment. Turning this off reverts to the legacy pass-through check.

UAT Auto-Testing

Runs automated smoke tests + acceptance sign-off on stories in UAT, transitioning passing ones toward release. This mirrors the uat on/off Discord command — either one takes effect (they're combined with OR), so Discord still works alongside this toggle.
